Why this team

Eighteen years in one discipline, not eighteen pivots.

What makes a supplier worth trusting with an operational baseline is rarely the org chart. It is whether the work has been done long enough, and specifically enough, to be worth relying on when somebody spends money against the result.

18 years of operational discovery3 granted patents

Stereologic has measured how operational work is actually performed since before process mining was a category name, and the method is patented rather than assembled from other people’s components. Three patents have been granted. The earliest was filed in 2009 and granted in the United States in 2019 — which is why task mining is where this technology started rather than something added to it later.

Take the next step

Find out what your operations are costing you.

Start with a defined operational scope. Stereologic can map how work is actually performed, quantify value leakage in hours and dollars, and hand your team a measured baseline for what to improve next.
