Who we have worked with

Organizations whose operations we have measured.

These names are published with permission. Each name below comes from an engagement in which we measured how the work was actually performed. Where an outcome is published, it is attributed to the specific engagement it came from, with its scope and method attached — a name on this list is not a claim about a result.

How to read these numbers

Every figure carries its scope, period, method and source.

  • Whose operation the number came from — or, where the customer is not named, what kind of operation it was.
  • Which processes, teams and locations the figure covers, and which it does not.
  • The period the measurement was taken over, stated plainly.
  • How the figure was calculated, including whether a duration is active working time or total elapsed time.
  • The source the wording is drawn from.

Seven organizations have presented publicly alongside Stereologic. Detailed outcomes are published here as their scope, period and method can be sourced, so the named list is longer than the story list.

If you are assessing us for a procurement file, this is the table to read. Where something is not published, it says so rather than leaving a gap.

Customer contextNamed customer: Pitney Bowes. No customer named. An anonymized U.S. Medicare claims-processing operation, onshore and offshore.
ScopeBack-office customer management operations.Onshore and offshore Medicare claims processing. 3,053 claims across 107 claim subtypes — 81 Professional, 26 Institutional.
TimeframeMeasured in under 90 days.A five-week engagement: one week to plan and prepare, three to record and analyze, one to report.
Calculation methodReductions against the same operation’s starting position, as stated in the published case study.Identified savings and throughput opportunities, not realized savings. The 69% applies to active time only, which was 65% of total time, so it is not 69% of total employee time. Throughput figures are modeled opportunities.
SourceStereologic’s published Pitney Bowes case study.Published in anonymized form — no customer name and no identifying operational detail.

Two things follow from that table. The Pitney Bowes figures are the ones to use if you need a named reference with realized results. The Medicare analysis is the one to read if you want to see the size of opportunity the method surfaces inside a complex operation — identified, quantified and traced back to specific activities, published without a customer name.

The two questions that usually come next

Where the platform runs, what it touches and what documentation is available for a security review are set out on one page. What a measured baseline of your own operation would contain, in a defined scope and a fixed period, is set out on another.

Take the next step

See what Stereologic could uncover in your operations.

Bring one operation you are being asked to improve, automate or defend. We will show what a measured baseline of it looks like — and any number that comes out of it will arrive with its scope, its period and its method attached.
