Sofia Passova, Ph.D.
Sofia Passova is a visionary, entrepreneur, director and C-level executive with more than 15 years of experience in North America. Her outstanding leadership skills, creativity and advanced knowledge of modeling technologies have allowed her to create a number of successful IT companies.

Prior to StereoLOGIC Sofia founded Blueprint Systems (former Sofea Inc.) - the industry leader in requirements modeling, visualization and simulation. The Blueprint solution was honored by Gartner‘s Cool Vendor Award in 2004 and 2008 and it was successfully adopted by a number of Fortune 500 companies. Before founding Blueprint, Dr. Passova founded and managed Software Testing Lab Inc., a consulting company specializing in software engineering and testing. With zero investment STL grew to 1 million in revenue within the first year of operation. Prior to STL Sofia performed consulting for Sun Microsystems, Bell Sygma and other leading technology companies.

Sofia has Ph.D. in computer science and M.Sc. in electrical engineering. She is a patent holder and author of many publications on modeling and simulation of complex computer systems. Her innovative ideas were presented at Object Management Group (OMG), NASA and Financial and Insurance Industry conferences.

Stan Passov
Stan‘s mission at StereoLOGIC is to help customers generate value from StereoLOGIC products and services. He brings a unique expertise in accelerating customer adoption of software solutions and aligning the product vision with the customer‘s needs.

Before StereoLOGIC, Stan was VP of Sales Engineering at Blueprint Systems, where he generated millions of dollars for the company in product license and service sales. Prior to that role, he was VP of Product Management, leading the product strategy and delivery. Before joining Blueprint, Stan performed independent consulting in a variety of senior engineering and management roles for Fortune 500 companies such as Fidelity, XEROX, AT&T, CIBC and many others.

Stan holds a B.S. in Computer Science from York University.

Alexander Ladizginsky
As VP of Research and Development, Alexander leads engineering and delivery of StereoLOGIC‘s innovative line of products. He has extensive experience in development of scalable product architectures and management of internationally distributed software development teams.

Prior to StereoLOGIC, Alexander was VP of Research and Development for Blueprint Systems leading the development and production of Blueprint‘s software products. Before joining Blueprint, he held a variety of senior engineering roles in North America and Israel. Most recently he was Technical Director for Red Wolf Online, managing the development of the company‘s SaaS business solutions.

Alexander holds a B.S. in Computer Science from York University.

Igor Davydov, Ph.D.
Igor Davydov is a successful entrepreneur with over 20 years of senior management consulting experience for large North American companies.

Mr. Davydov is a believer in innovative technologies who has helped several IT companies get started and successfully grow. In addition to his extensive business experience, Mr. Davydov has a strong scientific research background. He is a holder of several patents and author of publications in international magazines.
